Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from kateborkowski.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error)

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from kateborkowski.com. We do not accept returns of:

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

- Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

We do stand behind our products with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason your product is defective, we ship the wrong product or you are not happy with your order please feel free to return it to us.
